1. The Applicant should be above 18 Years and shall join the business by purachasing La Velouté products on voluntary basis.
2. Account closing shall be made every day 2.00 pm and 10.00 pm. The payments shall be made within 3 days from the date of closing.
3. All the incentives shall be strictly paid by means NEFT to bank account of the Individul Associate and the minimum
   fund transfer is Rs. 300/-.
4. The Company will detect the necessary TDS and applicable taxes from every associate's individual payout made every time.
5. As the application of the applicant gets processed, it cannot be reversed and refused will not be entertained for any reason.
6. The Company reserves all the rights to chage, alter, amend, add, delete any existing terms & conditions as per the desires of the company without giving any prior notice to the associates.
7. All taxes, levies, duties as applicable has to be borne by the associates.
8. Associate registration is transferable only to the nominee (Nominee shall be Spouse / Children / Parents / Sibilings only) mentioned in the application of the particular associate and cannot cancelled for any reason.
9. If the Business Associate wishes to resign, the resignation letter shall be submitted to the company and the business associate shall not be entitled to any refund whatever.
10. In the event of any dispute arising between the Business Associate and the sponsor or within the team, relating to any matter shall be resolved amicably among themselves and the company shall not be responsible in anyway to the subject thereof.
11. In the event of any dispute rising between the Business Associate and THE COMPANY, relating to any matter connected with this Business Application & Agreement Form regard to appointment as a Business Associate of THE COMPANY, or the subject thereof or in relation thereof and whether as to construction or otherwise the same shall be referred for arbitration under the Arbitration and conciliation ACT 1996. THE COMPANY shall apoint a sale ARBITRATOR who shall be a retired High Court Judge. The award made by the sole Arbitrator shall be final and binding to both the Business Associate and THE COMPANY. The venue of Arbitration shall be at Madurai only.
12. All payments should be made in favour of La Veloute Healthcare Private Limited, Madurai.
